This was an extremely relaxing experience, and the sites are beautiful. Definitely recommend to tướng stay at the property because the service is very cordial, professional, and accommodating. Aiden made the stay very comfortable, superior service and excellent stay. Will definitely come back.

Worst experience I have ever had when booking at a khách sạn. My family has plans to tướng stay here and I contacted directly the hotel's đường dây nóng number to tướng ask for more information. However, a female employee on duty answered the phone and she ignored all my concerns. Her answer was just asking bầm to tướng go to tướng the trang web to tướng find out information, while I was on the phone directly and wanted to tướng book a room at the khách sạn because it was not convenient to tướng use the computer at that time. When I reflected this is absurd, why can't the customer book directly with the khách sạn then she replied that she only answers the phone and is not responsible for answering anything and when I want to tướng talk other staffs or manager who was able to tướng help bầm, I received a cold refusal from her. It's funny and this is the first time I have encountered this situation, the khách sạn refuses to tướng take direct bookings from guests. If this is the policy from the hotel's management then I think the management has a serious problem.
