Excellent staff. Every staff was just top notch. Hotel is near lớn everything. Safe place. Quiet (slept wihout hearing any noise). Bathroom clean.

We enjoyed several stays at the Sofitel Metropole during our holiday in Vietnam. The khách sạn is very beautiful with lovely french architecture and wonderful staff who make you feel very special. The khách sạn is conveniently located in the heart of Hanoi with the lakes, shopping and the old quarter all within easy walking distance although taxis are very cheap and easy lớn catch. The pool area at the khách sạn is very nice with lounges and a nice café. There is some construction work going on next door which is a little unpleasant for the poolside area. The quality of service at the Metropole was exceptional, the best we have received during our Vietnam holiday and the service quality throughout our holiday was very high everywhere we stayed. This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in all our travels, the Metropole has elegance and grace paired with exceptional service and we would recommend a stay here without hesitation.
